The film’s words

With Crossfire’s integration service, you get access to a centralized integration portal, putting you in control of automating orders, invoices, shipments, and more.

Whether you are a retailer managing suppliers, or a supplier connecting with retail customers and 3PLs, Crossfire makes it effortless and transparent.

See transactions in real time and resolve issues fast, like when a customer orders a product code that doesn’t exist.

But the portal doesn’t stop at visibility. You can update pricing validation rules, manage product data, and print retailer-compliant labels, all in one place.

It also fills the gaps for trading partners who need Web EDI.

Empower customers to place orders through your branded portal. Orders and invoices flow to and from your systems, saving your team time.

Control how partners connect to your systems by setting up API keys with custom permissions, and get real-time integration feedback. Crossfire automates the connections.

The Customer Portal makes them visible, actionable, and powerful. Book a demo today and make your supply chain easier to manage and faster to grow.

What they needed

The Customer Portal is Crossfire’s self-service web app. It had strong features, but they were hard to picture. Current and future customers had to get it quickly.

We turned Sandfield’s own script into a five-board storyboard, so each scene shows how the portal works. Then we animated it.

What we made

  • Explainer video With voiceover and music
  • Storyboard With the script under each scene
  • 24 stills from the film 1920 by 1080
